Xperia Z Ultra has been creating news since it’s launch and the rumored Xperia Honami i1 has just followed it. A bit amusing thing is that, Xperia Z Ultra has been launched but rather than leak of it, we are seeing leaks from Xperia Honami 😛 Well some days back we posted Xperia Z Ultra ZU and Xperia Honami Android 4.2.2 Official Themes and wallpapers and now we present you the official Xperia Home Launcher and new widgets from Xperia Honami i1 to be installed on Xperia S, SL, Acro S and Ion.

Xperia Honami is expected to come with Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean but as we all know that Xperia Z and Xperia ZL have officially been updated to Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean 10.3.A.0.423 firmware but as we compared we saw older version of Xperia Home Launcher 5.3.A.0.3 in Xperia Z which points that very soon Xperia Z and ZL will be getting another android 4.2.2 update to match the UI of Xperia Honami and Xperia Z Ultra.

How to Install ?

  • Flash the above two files in CWM recovery on your device.
  • Wipe the Cache and Dalvik Cache.
  • Reboot your device now.
  • After rebooting clean the data of “Xperia Home” by navigating to “Settings > Apps > All Apps and clear the data”.

The screen size looks gigantically large 😛 It seems impossible to operate Xperia Togari from one hand. Person who posted on XDA claims that Xperia ZU is still not the final name of the phone. The black theme new Xperia wallpaper put on the Xperia ZU Togari homescreen looks a bit different from what came in the recent Xperia 2013 lineup.

Certainly It will feature Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean and many new Xperia tweaks. A new Xperia Home launcher can be seen, notice the “menu” button, in the android 4.1.2 jelly bean, Xperia provided it as square consisting of 12 small white squares and in this new android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean home launcher it appeared as 9 small dots comprising a square. Icon of “Playstation” mobile seems a bit different also.

Soon we will see the official listing of this beast Xperia ZU Togari hopefully.

Snapdragon 800 Xperia phablet ZU Benchmark scores 32173 AnTuTu points

From press invites of Sony Mobile Communication events in Germany and France to the leaked pics, new Sony Xperia phablet ZU has seen a number of leaks till yet. It is rumored to be announced on June 25 at a press event at Germany. Well just now something more related to this Sony Xperia phablet ZU has been leaked i.e. the AnTuTu Benchmark scores.

As you can see in the above pic, the device is codenamed as “ymmh5y0n5zeaouu” which is seen in the AnTuTu benchmark registers. Results shows that this mysterious device runs on Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean tested in UK scoring a whopping 32173 points and running a 2.2 GHz processor.

It makes this device the first one to cross the 32000 points on AnTuTu benchmarks. Rumors are there that this mysterious device can be Xperia phbalet ZU codenamed as Xperia Togari or Xperia Z Ultra running Snapdragon 800 MSM 8974 powered chipset. A few days back we saw rumored Galaxy S4 Snapdragon 800 device scoring 31491 running on Exynos 5 Octa. Well if rumors are true then Xperia ZU benchmarks results have beaten up rumored Galaxy S4 Snapdragon 800 device 😛

Well if it is to be believed than surely Xperia phablet ZU will be the fastest android device ever made. Fingers crossed, June 25 is not so very far and if it is true, a new Xperia device will join the happy family of Xperia smartphones.

Something big is cooking at Sony Mobile Communications now, yes this is the sound of  new range of Xperia smartphones as Sony’s first phablet. Xperia Z Ultra, rumored as Xperia ZU and codenamed as Xperia Togari‘s first teasing image has been leaked now. The image of Xperia Z Ultra which shows the side of it is from a Sony Mobile France’s Press invite which is going to take place in Paris on 4 July.

The snapshot from Sony Mobile France Press meet invite at Paris on 4 July read as “Sony Mobile vous réserve une surprise de taille” which is translated as “Sony Mobile offers a big surprise“. It also read as “Jeudi 4 Juillet a 9h30” Paris 09 “N’oubliez pas de le noter dans vos agendas” which means “Thursday, July 4 at 9:30 am” Paris 09 “Do not forget to mark your calendars“. A pen has been used to write this, which may depict that Xperia Z Ultra as rumored till now will come with a stylus pen or pencil as an input device just similar to Samsung Note 2.

It surely depicts the launch of new Xperia product. No name has been mentioned but by looking at the pic it is speculated as Xperia Z Ultra or Xperia ZU Togari. This will be the first product in the phablet range from Sony which will be put against Samsung Note 3. Till now it’s just a rumor only. A few days ago we saw a press invite of Sony in the Germany which will be held on 25 June and Xperia Z Ultra pic leaked with cat on top with some specifications.

By looking at the photo leaked above, it is seen that the device or Xperia Z Ultra is definitely a phablet, with power button at side, earphone jack, volume up and down buttons just similar to Xperia Z. Camera dedicated button is also there at the bottom side. It looks very thin from side, we posted it’s dimension as 179.2 x 92 x 6.5mm. An uncertainty is there on the water and dust resistant capability of this phablet as you noticed that earphone jack is not covered up, it’s open. Well let’s see what it comes with as soon it is going to be unveiled.

Something is definitely cooking up, Sony Mobile Communications is hosting a press event on 25 June at Munich, Germany. For what it is for ? That’s the mystery remain unsolved yet. Rumors are that Sony is about to launch its first phablet code named as Sony Togari which we have seen number of times in leak images online, as Xperia ZU very soon.

Press invitations for meet on 25 June has been started by Sony. The above banner read as “LUST AUF MEHR?” whose English translation is as “Desire for more?”. More translation are as follow “Es wird Zeit für den nächsten Schritt. Am Dienstag, den 25 Juni 2013 ab 15 Uhr werfen  wir gemeinsam einen ersten  blick in die Zukunft” as “It is time for the next step. On Tuesday, June 25, 2013 from 15 clock we throw together a first look into the future”.

It is expected that Sony might be launching a new android device on this press meet. There are many speculations behind this, people are claiming that Sony might launch a new Xperia device range for 2013, a Google Nexus edition of Xperia Z or can be the launch of their first cyber shot phablet Togari.

Very strong rumors are there that Sony might release it’s first phablet Sony Togari as Xperia ZU ahead of the launch of Samsung Galaxy Note 3 and HTC One Max both phablets. Sony C6833 phone appears in Indonesian IT Communications certification

It has been a day only since we saw Sony Xperia A SO-04E launched under NTT DoCoMo and Xperia ZR globally. Just now we saw mysterious Sony C6833  phone appeared in Ministry of Communications and Information Technology – Indonesia certification program list just on 05/15/2013.

Sony C6802 is also present in the list just above Sony C6833, for the same date. Rumors are there that Sony C6802 may be launched under codename Xperia Honami or Xperia I1. News about Xperia Honami have been seen in past also online.

Another rumor says that Sony C6833 may be launched under codename as Xperia Togari, expected to be launched as Sony’s first phone-tablet hybrid device. You can see Sony C1905 or C190X series or simply Sony C listed there just for one day back certification. Speculations are there that some of the device may be launched around IFA 2013 at Berlin.

Well nothing to say after all nothing is official yet, rumors are rumors only. But we can surely expect some high-end Xperia devices from Sony soon.
