Xperia Z1 Compact 14.5.A.0.283 firmware update rolling for carrier handsets

Xperia Z1 Compact D5503 has got a new 14.5.A.0.283 firmware update (only for the carrier handsets) in Austria and Germany region on T-Mobile AT and Telekom.de carriers respectively. Last firmware to hit the global variant of Xperia Z1 Compact was 14.5.A.0.270 build.

Android 5.0.2 Lollipop 14.5.A.0.283 firmware is also certified for Xperia Z1 and Xperia Z Ultra also thought roll out on global variants of these devices is not confirmed for the time being.

[UPDATE] 14.5.A.0.283 firmware update is now rolling on Xperia Z Ultra C6833 in Greece, Netherlands, and Poland.
