Xperia Z1 Album version 5.3.A.0.22 update Rolling – Software Enhancement

An update to existing Album app version 5.2.A.1.20 is rolling out in form of Album version 5.3.A.0.22 for Xperia Z1 owners right now. Yesterday Sony rolled out update to Xperia Z1 cmaera app Info-eye version 1.2.04. We just checked on our Xperia Z1 C6902 and got the Album version 5.3.A.0.22 update notification.

Check for Album version 5.3.A.0.22 update notification in update center app, look for a notification as shown below and update it.

At present Album version 5.3.A.0.22 update is found rolling on Xperia Z1, but the same version of album app update was seen in leaked android 4.3 10.4.B.0.569 firmware. Soon it should also hit the Xperia Z Ultra, Xperia Z, ZL, ZR and may be Xperia L also.

Try installing above Album version 5.3.A.0.22 apk on your Xperia, if it don’t work then you can flash the below mentioned zip file on recovery on your Xperia device ( running Jelly Bean or ICS ).
