Xperia SP C5302 C5303 Jelly Bean 12.0.A.2.220 Firmware Certified PTCRB

It seems Sony’s streak of rolling out new firmware has not stopped, we have just spotted a new Jelly Bean 12.0.A.2.220 Firmware being certified by PTCRB for Xperia SP HSPA+ C5302 version and C5303 LTE version. Xperia SP officially launched on android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean 12.0.A.1.211 firmware.

Till now Xperia SP has got two jelly bean updates as Jelly Bean 12.0.A.1.211 firmware and Jelly Bean 12.1.0.A.1.284 firmware. Expectations are there that camera bug may be fixed in the upcoming update. Users have reported weird kind of bug like opening of apps on Xperia SP C5302 automatically in lockscreen mode.

Indian Xperia SP C5302 users have not got yet  Jelly Bean 12.1.0.A.1.284 firmware update. Hope we see this new  Jelly Bean 12.0.A.2.220 Firmware very soon and released globally instead of region wise update fix.
