Sony has officially launched the successor of Xperia Z3 i.e. Xperia Z4 in Japan today exclusively in white, black, copper and aqua green color. Xperia Z4 weighs 144 grams and is 6.9mm thin with 5.2″ FHD Display (1920 x 1080 resolution, no 2K) packed in an aluminum frame with glass back.
Xperia Z4 features Snapdragon 810 64 bit Octa core processor (2 GHz) with 3 GB RAM, 32 GB internal storage (with micro SD card support). It features 20.7 MP camera 25mm wide-angle, 1 / 2.3 inch size sensor (ISO 12800). It features 5.1 MP front camera (25mm wide-angle).
Xperia Z4 Launched in Japan
Unexpectedly Xperia Z4 features 2930 mAh battery (which is less as compared to Xperia Z3 & Xperia Z2). Xperia Z4 comes with Android 5.0 Lollipop out of the box (5.0.2). Now it seems all leaks linking to Xperia Z3 Neo were of Xperia Z4 actually, yes because Sony E6553 is Xperia Z4’s model number. Xperia Z4 looks no wonder phone over Xperia Z3.

Very much disappointed.No 2k,reduced battery.No change at all in design.Sony don’t even want to compete with the others.tell me why people choose Z4 over others manufacturer.all @vizileaks are false.
Im sorry but I have to say.. nothing impressing to me… We need a extreme makeover.. This phone still on the confort zone for sony.. anything that we have seen before..

I’m still happy with my Z2… the 4.4.4 update gave it the new features of Z3 already in sep 2014, and the phone looks all similar except that it got a bit lower mAH battery and 32g internal storage… Not worth the upgrade… i was hoping for brand new look, didn’t get!
