Xperia Z C6603 10.3.1.A.1.10 firmware Update Rolled on France’s Orange Carrier

A new Xperia Z C6603 firmware has been rolled out with build number 10.3.1.A.1.10 firmware on France’s Orange carrier. Previous global update seen on Xperia Z’s both variants C6603 and C6602 was 10.3.1.A.0.244 which was a major bug fixing update.

It seems it is a carrier based update and 10.3.1.A.1.10 firmware update ( android 4.2.2 ) is only available with “Orange” Carrier, we don’t see any such update notification on our Xperia Z C6602 here in India. It seems a minor bug fixing update only available over PC Companion/SUS and Bridge.

Xperia Z C6603 10.3.1.A.1.10 firmware Update Rolled on “ORANGE” Carrier

Below update is got by editing the cutomization number and phone model from build.prop file. Check out tip below 😛

• Build Number – 10.3.1.A.1.10 firmware

10.3.1.A.1.10 firmware has a little change in baseband version when compared to 10.3.1.A.0.244 firmware and kernel is same in both firmware even the build date is same.

Install manually France’s Orange Xperia Z C6603 10.3.1.A.1.10 firmware by Flashing

If you haven’t received the 10.3.1.A.1.10 firmware update notification yet, then you can also manually update your Xperia Z C6603 by flashing the 10.3.1.A.1.10 firmware ftf files.

NOTE :- If any other region Xperia Z ( C6603 / C6602 ) user want to get this update officially over PC Companion, then if they are rooted they can get this 10.3.1.A.1.10 firmware notification in any region be editing the build.prop file. Just change your customization number to 1271-0707 and model number as C6603 and you will get the official update notification 😛

10.3.1.A.1.10 firmware is specifically a ORANGE Carrier based firmware.

• If you are global Xperia Z user, then you might not like the Orange boot logo.
• In Top notification bar, you see “Carrier” name is written.
• A lot many Orange carrier specific bloatwares.
• New Lockscreen Wallpaper for stock “amber” theme.
