Something extraordinary has finally arrived at MWC 2014 from Sony, yes as speculated before Sony has launched the second generation tablet of “Z” series as Xperia Z2 Tablet with the latest and fastest processor from Snapdragon, the successor of Xperia Tablet Z. Sony has also launched its flagship smartphone in form of Xperia Z2 and a new mid range device Xperia M2.

Xperia Z2 Tablet features 10.1″ FHD Triluminos display with live color LED, Snapdragon 801 SoC MSM8974AB 2.3 GHz quad core processor with 3 GB RAM, Adreno 330 GPU, 6.4mm thick and weighs around 426g for Wi-Fi/439g for LTE model which Sony has tagged as ‘world’s slimmest and lightest waterproof tablet’ so far. Out of the box Xperia Z2 Tablet will feature new android 4.4.2 KitKat UI and 16 GB internal storage with SD card support upto 64 GB.

Xperia Z2 Tablet sports 8.1 MP rear cam with no flash, 2.2 MP front cam with 6000mAH battery featuring Qualcomm Quick Charge 2.0 for fast charging up to 75% faster than devices which don’t have this technology. Xperia Z2 tablet is expected to hit markets in March 2014 in black and white color.
