Yes I updated firmware yesterday after a disappointed reaction to Lollipop. I used Wifi and was confident after updating various phones for years with no issues. I was devastated to learn the update had wiped my entire music library off my external SD card. And now I have a random (very loud) buzzing sound coming from the handset whenever it feels like it. Almost like an out of tune radio station. It’s horrendous and I’m just so upset with the status of my phone.
