No, actually 200-300 MB RAM is needed by Android system and other system app cache so it’s fine. Keeping Stock Sony ROM you need to compromise some RAM other if you see the stock Android ROM, you have 950 MB+ RAM…but stock Android ROM has no looks like that of Sony ROM.
