Kittens and San Francisco have been launched on Play Store from third party developers who earlier launched Orcs & Poisonous Creature AR Effect themes respectively. AR Effect app allows you to customize your captured pics and videos with installed themed characters. It needs android 4.3+ to work on your device.
Both themes are paid, Kitten theme costing $2.98 / Rs 184.75 and San Francisco theme costing $2.98 / Rs 184.78. Open AR Effect camera app in your device, tap on + icon to download new themes, you will see the both themes listed there.
