Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow 23.5.A.1.291 firmware update is rolling for Sony Xperia Z3 now, same update has earlier been confirmed rolling on Xperia Z2 also. It is also expected to hit Xperia Z3 Compact very soon.
23.5.A.1.291 firmware is confirmed in regions like France, Italy, Turkey, MEA, Austraia on Xperia Z3 D6603. Update is available via PC Companion for the time being.
