CyanogenMod one of the most famous custom rom makers now have hit Xperia Z Ultra “Togari”, yes CyanogenMod 10.2 Nightlies are now available for download on their website. Xperia Z Ultra currently on android 4.2.2 jelly bean 14.1.B.2.257 firmware and android 4.3 is next in line. Sony has already confirmed that soon whole Xperia Z family will be updated to android 4.3 jelly bean.
CyanogenMod 10.2 Nightlies bring android 4.3 jelly bean to Xperia Z Ultra. Download the CyanogenMod 10.2 Nightlies package for Xperia Z Ultra from the official CyanogenMod page. It is still unstable release, so there must be a lot bugs in this.

I just to run cyanogenmods on all of my Samsung devices because it was easy to get in on them, I read something about a za partition on the Sony z1 that when you loose it the phone will be bricked. That made me a bit more carefull and afraid to do.
