Xperia Z4 Ultra, Xperia Z4 Compact full specifications leaked allegedly

A moment back Xperia E4 pictures were allegedly leaked along with its specifications and now a leak on Xperia Z4 Ultra and Xperia Z4 Compact specifications have come up. Earlier existence of Xperia Z4, Xperia Z4 Compact, Xperia Z4 Ultra and Xperia Z4 Tablet have been confirmed from same source ( Android Origin ).

Xperia Z4 series is expected from Sony seeing the previous lineup but will they feature the same specifications as posted below is a matter of question right now. It can’t be guaranteed that below posted specifications are true or false so take it with a pinch of salt for the time being. Let’s see what Sony is holding for new Xperia Z4 series.

Xperia Z4 Compact Specifications

Xperia Z4 Compact successor of Xperia Z3 Compact will be featuring Snapdragon 810 processor chipset, 3 GB RAM, 32 GB internal storage, 20.7 MP rear cam & 5 MP front cam with 1080p FHD video recording, S-Master HX digital amplifier, stereo speakers, IP 68 ratings, LTE category 9, Bluetooth 4.1, NFC with Qi wireless charging support.

Xperia Z4 Compact is supposed to feature 4.7″ FHD display, battery power unknown for the time being.

Xperia Z4 Ultra Specifications

Xperia Z4 Ultra seems to be the most wanted successor handset till now over parent Xperia Z Ultra. Xperia Z4 Ultra will feature 6.4″ QHD display, design wise it is expected like Xperia Z3, Snapdragon 810 processor with 3 GB RAM, 16 MP rear cam with smaller sensor than Xperia Z4.

It is expected to sport batter power b/w 3500-4000 mAh. Interestingly Xperia Z4 Ultra will have stylus support just like Samsung Galaxy Note.

As per the source Xperia Z4 Ultra and Xperia Z4 Compact may see the launch in Q2 of 2015 and Xperia Z4 and Xperia Z4 Tablet may get launched earlier than those two.

Xperia Z4 Specifications – Rumored

Earlier rumored specifications of Xperia Z4 said that it may feature 5.5-inch Quad HD (2560 x 1440) display, Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 MSM8994 64-bit chipset Octa-core processor 2.8 GHz, Adreno 430, 4 GB RAM, 20.7 MP rear cam with curved Exmor RS CMOS imaging sensor. and 32 GB internal storage.

While new set of rumored specifications says Sony may drop magnetic charging port and will be adopting Qi wireless charging in upcoming Xperia Z4. IP68 water resistant rated with micro USB port without flaps.

Xperia Z4 Compact Specifications – Rumored

Xperia Z4 Compact will see FHD 1080p resolution this time with 4.6″ display. It is expected to use Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 MSM8994 64-bit chipset Octa-core processor 2.8 GHz just like Xperia Z4 ( rumored ).

Xperia Z4 Tablet Specifications – Rumored

Sony is expected to launch Xperia Z4 Tablet at the same time when Xperia Z4 will be unveiled. It will be again 10.1″ but a QHD Display. It is believed that Sony is also testing 2840 x 2160 px display but the final retail device is expected to come with QHD display only rather than ( 4K ). It is expected to sport the same design as Xperia Z3 Compact but with much thinner bezels as compared to Xperia Z2 Tablet.

Stereo speakers will be present and it is expected to come as one of the thinnest and light 10″ tablet. It is rumored to come with Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 MSM8994 64-bit chipset Octa-core processor 2.8 GHz, 32 GB internal storage, 4 GB RAM, 13 MP rear cam and 8 MP front cam.

Xperia Z4 Ultra Specifications – Rumored

After a long time Xperia Z Ultra’s successor is reported. Xperia Z4 Ultra is expected to come with 6.4″ display with QHD resolituon or 4K resolution. Not much is available on Xperia Z4 Ultra for the time being.
