A few days back we saw alleged pics of a white Xperia Z3 besides a black Xperia Z3 Compact and now some solid confirmation on the existence of Xperia Z3 Compact has surfaced. XDA legendary developer DooMLoRD who is famous for leaking firmware build before release and reliable info of unannounced Xperia devices has shared a word on Twitter about Xperia Z3 Compact.
DooMLoRD says Xperia Z3 Compact will feature MSM8974AC Pro Snapdragon 801 2.5 GHz quad core processor packed in 4.5″ 720p screen display with Adreno 330 GPU, 2 GB RAM, 20.7 MP rear cam and a 2.1 MP front cam. He has also posted a sneakpeak of about phone details of Xperia Z3 Compact.

Xperia Z3 Compact model number is expected as Sony D580X, it is spotted running android 4.4.2 version with 23.0.x.x.xxx firmware.
