Mysterious Xperia Z1 C6916 LTE version marks it presence today officially, which was previously speculated as T-Mobile LTE version of Xperia Z1 for US is now officially listed by Sony Mobile Canada website. Xperia Z1 C6916 LTE Version is seen on Sony Mobile Global product page for Canada and is available for purchase over carriers viz. Bell, Rogers and Telus and via official Sony Canada store.

At present in US, HSPA+ version of Xperia Z1 C6902 is being launched and users are eagerly waiting for LTE version ( probably on T-Mobile ). Sony Mobile US page has no listing of Xperia Z1 C6916 LTE Version yet.

Though Xperia Z1 C6916 LTE Version is listed for purchase on Sony Canada store but, the listing shows unfortunately “Xperia Z Ultra” pic and the name as “Xperia Z1”, possibly an error or it is currently updating.

Just a while ago we spotted Xperia Z1 C6916 LTE Version on AnTuTu Benchmark, and it scored 34256 points.

Interestingly Xperia Z1 C6916 LTE Version was listed as “Xperia Z1 TMO US ( C6916 ) on Bluetooth SIG website a lot ago which indicates that it may come on T-Mobile as LTE version but at present listed only for Canada.

Finally mystery of Xperia Z1 C6916 LTE Version has been solved but the issue is that will same model also be seen in US also, time will tell that for sure. Stay tuned as soon as we get any info regarding LTE version of Xperia Z1 in US, we will update the post.
