A few days back we posted Glass Icon pack for Xperia Home Launcher and today we are sharing Modern Light & Dark Icon Pack for Xperia Home Launcher.

Xperia Home launcher now supports customised icon packs. You need Home Launcher version 10.0.A.0.8+ to make icons work, app doesn’t require root. Icons can be added through launcher settings.
