As the date of Sony’s IFA 2014 event approaches near, Sony Mobile has officially started posting teasers of its upcoming Xperia devices. It is confirmed that Sony will be launching Xperia Z3, Xperia Z3 Compact, Xperia Z3 Tablet Compact at IFA 2014.

Yesterday we saw some renders of Sony SmartWatch SW3 and Sony SmartBand Talk with curved e-ink display which are also expected to mark their appearance at IFA 2014.

In between all it is rumored that Sony will soon come up ( may be at IFA 2014 ) with Xperia E3, its new low cost budget smartphone. Xperia E3 is supposed to have 4.8″ 720p HD Display with Snapdragon 400 1.2 GHz quad core processor, Adreno 305 GPU.

As per the report Xperia E3 will not be any having IP certification. RAM may vary between 1.5-2 GB. It is to be priced between $200-$300. 

Sony’s new lens camera QX30 is also expected to be unveiled at IFA 2014 event along with SBH60 Bluetooth Headset.

As seen yesterday Sony has officially ended the android upgrade support for Xperia E and Xperia E Dual, so only Xperia E1 is left in the series for now therefore we may see Xperia E3 coming to lead the legacy of Xperia “E” series.
