Sony has launched a brand new official sound recording app i.e. Sony Audio Recorder 1.00.13 app exclusive for Sony STM10 Stereo microphone and Xperia devices running android 4.4 KitKat versions or later ( though installable on android 4.1+ versions ). We have already met with Sony Audio Recorder App in past as when it got leaked.

Sony Audio Recorder 1.00.13 app works like any normal recording app but you have 4 audio recording quality settings. All recording options are as follows Superior Music ( lossless ) 44kHz 16bit WAV 1411 kbps stereo, Superior Music ( compresses ) 44kHz 16bit AAC LC 256 kbps stereo, Standard Music/Superior speech 128 hbps, Basic Music/Standard Speech 64 kbps. It also supports other OEM android devices.

Xperia T3 ( D5102, D5103, D5106 ) Sony’s “next big thing” was unveiled recently featuring 5.3″ 720p HD display, 1.4 GHz Snapdragon 400 quad core processor chipset, 1 GB RAM, 8 GB internal storage packed in 7mm thickness which is tagged as world’s slimmest 5.3″ device so far in stainless steel frame. Xperia T3 features 8 MP rear cam along with 1.1 MP front cam, 2500 mAh embedded non-removable battery and weighs 148 grams. As per Sony a phone to screen ratio of Xperia T3 is 66.7%.

In past we have seen Sony SCR10, SCR12 style cover stands for Xperia Z2 and Xperia Z2 Tablet and now Sony SCR16 Style Cover Stand is coming soon when Xperia T3 hits market in late July this year. Sony SCR16 Style Cover Stand hopefully will be available in white and black color as just like other Sony official cases.

Next big thing from Sony this season coming, Is it Xperia Z2 Ultra ?

Sony Mobile has tweeted today about its next Xperia device coming this season as “Shh… do you want to know a secret? Stay tuned for the next big thing this season.” It seems that Sony is about to launch a new Xperia device and it may be the successor of Xperia Z Ultra as “Xperia Z2 Ultra”. If you remember last year 2013, Xperia Z Ultra was launched at the same time i.e. mid year 2013 and now is the same period going on.

Sony has also tweeted the pic of this said upcoming Xperia device where in background we see a model in red color ( image out focused ). Right slim profile of device is shown with the volume rocker buttons, signature power button and external camera shutter key. Side profile of phone/phablet seems very thin.
