A few days back we saw Sony Live on YouTube app making an appearance at Play Store but soon it was pulled by Sony. Sony Live on YouTube app allows you to broadcast your videos live on YouTube just like we have Social Love app to broadcast videos live on Facebook. Sony Live on YouTube app 01.00.12 version is again seen on Play Store and now users can download it.

For the moment Sony Live on YouTube app is exclusive for Xperia Z2 owners only, not available in Germany due to privacy reasons. You need a verified YouTube account to sign in and then you can broadcast any video. Make sure you don’t upload any video which violates privacy policy and copyrights of someone.

How to make it work ?

Enable live streaming on your YouTube account to enable this app working, to enable it. Go to My Channel > Displays Manager, then Channel Settings > Live Events.

Error : Please check if Google Play Service is up to date. If you are getting this error then it means you have not enabled Live Events for your YouTube as we mentioned above. Complete above mentioned steps or follow this link up after signing YouTube account.
