A week ago certified 9.2.A.1.199 firmware on PTCRB is now rolling officially on Xperia T, TX and Xperia V. Xperia TX got the 9.2.A.1.199 firmware update first and today Xperia T and Xperia V saw 9.2.A.1.199 firmware update rolling on their devices globally. 9.2.A.1.199 firmware update is a big fixing update over previous android 4.3 firmware.

9.2.A.1.199 firmware update is confirmed rolling on Xperia V LT25i in regions like Italy, Russia, Ukraine, South Africa, SingTel Singapore. Some customization on which firmware update has rolled are 1271-6333, 1268-5995, 1268-5997, 1269-8940. No OTA seen yet.

Xperia T, Xperia V 9.2.A.1.199 firmware certified – Bug fixing update

Much awaited android 4.3 was rolled on Xperia T and Xperia V after so many days of delay and crisis; when it rolled officially, users started complaining about the handful of bugs they are facing.  9.2.A.0.295  firmware was rolled back on Xperia T, TX and V as android 4.3 update and just now a 9.2.A.1.199 firmware has been certified for Xperia T and Xperia V as bug fixing update on PTCRB.

Severe battery drain, more RAM usage issue are some bugs which users reported to us. 9.2.A.1.199 firmware will keep Xperia T and Xperia V on android 4.3 and is a bug fixing update only. After updating to android 4.3 Sony has started rolling other OTA updates also, like we saw recently Album 5.4.A.0.20 update.
