A few days back Sony certified KitKat build 19.1.A.0.473 firmware for Xperia T2 Ultra and 19.1.C.0.116 firmware for Xperia T2 Ultra Dual on PTCRB. A moment ago we spotted a minor higher build 19.1.A.0.474 firmware getting certified for Xperia T2 Ultra on PTCRB while none is seen for Dual variant for phone.

Sony has already promised to roll KitKat on Xperia T2 Ultra and Dual, so seeing the firmware build certifications the update might be on horizon of release. At present Xperia T2 Ultra is on android 4.3 update.
