A new 14.4.A.0.155 firmware has been certified for Xperia Z1, Xperia Z Ultra and Xperia Z1 Compact at PTCRB which is a bug fixing android 4.4.4 update over previous 14.4.A.0.108 firmware. It has been a long since all these three handsets got any update.

14.4.A.0.155 firmware is certified for all variants of these handsets which makes it a possibility that this 14.4.A.0.155 may see a global release unlike 14.4.A.0.133 firmware which hit only selected carriers.
