As mentioned by Google now it is mandatory to feature powered by android logo in the boot animation of an android device, Sony has added the same in Xperia Z3 boot animation also.

Xperia Z3 boot animation can only be installed on rooted Xperia devices. Download below mention zip file and place in system/media folder of your device with rw- r– r– permissions and reboot. Do copy your original boot animation file in case something goes wrong.
