Sony recently came up with Xperia C3 as the first Sony pro selfie smartphone with a 5 MP front cam with LED flash as its USP and Xperia T3 was launched before Xperia C3 to which Sony tagged world’s slimmest 5.3″ device packed in 7 mm thick stainless steel frame.

Xperia C3 features 5.5″ 720p HD screen display with Triluminos Mobile Bravia Engine 2 packed in 7.6 mm light weight 150 grams frame, Snapdragon 1.2 GHz quad core processor, 1 GB RAM, Adreno 305 GPU, 8 MP rear cam, 8 GB internal memory with 32 GB external SD card slot and android 4.4 KitKat out of the box.

Xperia T3 features 5.3″ 720p HD display, 1.4 GHz Snapdragon 400 quad core processor chipset, 1 GB RAM, 8 GB internal storage, 8 MP rear cam along with 1.1 MP front cam, 2500 mAh embedded non-removable battery and weighs 148 grams.
