    So no 4k or timeshift recording for xperia z1 ??

      Yes I think so if Sony gives it what would be the benefit of launching Xperia Z2 with that Software UI. I guess it will remain exclusive for Z2 for some months and later Sony may give it like they gave Z1 UI to all Android 4.3 phones after a very long time.

      P.S. Sony may end up giving 4k and TimeShiftVideo in final update, afterall above one is just internal leak or developer handset update. As per our source KitKat update is still in final stage, so it will take 1-2 weeks more to come.

    Looks like this is a Performance test build. There is still time for the final build..

    It Shouldn’t Support …
    Maybe Z1 Get 4K Video Recording ,
    Because We have the Same 20.7 MP Exmor RS With Sony G Lens !
    But I think 4k video recording not going even to Xperia Z1 !
    I Think This would be a Exclusive Option For New Flagship !

      exactly the catch here is keeping some stuff exclusive to flagship Z2 for the time being.

      I just talked to my source, Tap to Wake up feature is currently present in Z1 14.3.A.0.xxx build which is in final testing, if everything goes right we may see this feature 🙂

        @Anurag Kumar

        Can you also check if Timeshift video is coming on Z1? I don’t care about 4k but that slow motion feature is something I always use on my HTC One before. Would appreciate it if you can answer my question.

          Nope mate it’s not coming actually both features 4K app and Timeshift Video are under same app < SuperVideoCamera.apk > and this app will not be given to Z1 for some time.

    We love to see ALL New Features on 2013 Flagship/Flagships ,
    But i think giving Some Features ( For Example 4k Video Recording ) To 2013 Handsets will be a little irrationally From Sony Mobile Perspective !

    in my opinion , Sony Will Give us all new SOFTWARE Features ,
    but giving some features ( Like Glove Mode ) Need hardware Capability !

    I think the main reason that the timeshift and 4k not present in this camera is that this firmware is on z ultra which only has a 8PM camera..i think the features will be there for z1 firmware
