It looks firmware update season has come for Sony devices as this winter in December many Xperia devices will be getting android 4.3 update and yesterday we saw Xperia UL SOL22 getting Android 4.2.2 10.3.1.D.0.220 firmware update and now Sony has started rolling 1.0.B.3.46/1.0.A.3.8 Firmware for Sony SmartWatch 2 ( SW2 ), a major update it is which has brought many changes this time.

As per Sony’s statement, update has brought more stability for firmware, rest all features are under the hood. So if you own SmartWatch 2 then go for this update it has brought many features this time.

Main Features of update

• New Watch faces, now you get a digital clock with date.
• Adjustable Back Light i.e. adapt to lightning conditions option is there now.
• Stop Watch app
• Larger fonts now.
• Expanded Bluetooth and vibration menu.
• Notifications can now be deleted with one swipe now.

Besides 1.0.B.3.46/1.0.A.3.8 firmware you will also see updates in many app extensions like Camera Smart extension, Music Player Smart extension.
