Sony Xperia M Ultra is rumoured to feature 6″ FHD display (super narrow bezel, IPS-Neo 120Hz, Triluminos, Whitemagic display).

Sony Xperia M Ultra is tipped to feature 23 MP rear Dual-camera (24mm/F2 OSS & 75mm/F2.2 OSS) and 16 MP/25mm F2 OSS front camera.
It might feature 4280 mAh (QC3.0) running on Snapdragon 625 backed by 3 GB RAM and 32 GB internal storage. It is also tipped to feature fingerprint sensor with type-C USB port.
