Surprisingly a new 23.2.A.0.278 firmware has been certified for Xperia Z3 & Xperia Z3 Compact, which possibly looks Android 5.1 Lollipop update over current Android 5.0.2 23.1.A.0.690 firmware build for Xperia “Z3” series. 23.2.A.0.278 firmware has been certified only for Xperia Z3 D6653 and Xperia Z3 Compact D5833 only for the time being.
Sony has already rolled Android 5.0.2 Lollipop update on whole Xperia “Z3” series in Nordics and Baltic regions whereas now it is being rolled globally region by region for both Xperia Z2 and Xperia Z3 series.

Any news for xperia z1 lollipop whether it is 5.0.2 or 5.1?
According to ptcrb.com, my Xperia Z3 Dual should have gotten the new lollipop (23.1.1.E.0.1) by April 1st!! funny thing is my device still running 23.0.F.1.96 firmware & still didn’t get the 23.0.1.F.0.102 which is KitKat 4.4.4 & when checking the device for updates it says: your device is up to date!!! WTF is going on????
same think here…when ever i check for new updates same thing that i already have latest of the old version 4.4.4….tired of this lollipop news specially in india…..make people happy by declaring that india is getting lollipop update for z3 and then they will fckin wait like idiots to check it every time….
