Sony SmartBand SWR10 has been updated to newer 1.5.0.488 firmware from older 1.4.0.392. After 1.5.0.488 firmware update you will not able to see SmartBand connected icon in the status bar though the notification will be present if you pull down the notification bar. This feature has got some serious negative comments from users on Play Store.
1.5.0.488 firmware also brings an option to change themes on non Sony Xperia devices, alarm repeat bug fixed for some particular time zones along with usual bug fixes and performance enhancement.

Go to Play Store to update your SmartBand SWR10.
After 1.5.0.488 firmware our SmartBand is giving a better response to tap feature to open applications.
