Sony came up with another phablet device this year in mid Jan 2014 which is Xperia T2 Ultra / T2 Ultra Dual; featuring a 6″ 720p HD screen, S400 SoC 1.4 GHz Quad core processor, 8 GB internal storage, 1 GB RAM and 13 MP rear cam / 1.1 MP front cam with 3000 mAh battery.
