hi anurag i bought a sony experia T2 ultra on 25 of april 2014, and the dealer mentioned that it has accidental damage claim policy for 6 months .And the other day i dropped my cell and the screen’s cracked and on enquiring about the policy they say that the policy ain’t applicable on this device. was this policy applicable earlier on T2 ultra?
    thanks.
