Xperia Z1 Compact will be shipped later in Feb 2014. Xperia Z1 Compact comes with android 4.3 out of the box.

Xperia Z1 Compact aka Xperia Z1C priced in Europe UK for £449, France Netherlands and Spain €549, Italy and Germany €499, Sweden 4695 kr, Poland 1999 zł. Yesterday the first android 4.3 14.2.A.1.114 firmware was certified on PTCRB website for Xperia Z1 Compact which states that Sony is all set to release it very soon.

UXT team has somehow taken out the 14.2.A.1.114 firmware ftf of Xperia Z1 Compact and is now available for download. It is for commercial and journalist version and the retail version should not be very much different from it.

Above ftf file is especially for Xperia Z1 Compact only and do not cross flash it on Xperia Z1, you may end by bricking your device. Flash it with the help of flahstool.
