Yesterday the first android 4.3 14.2.A.1.114 firmware was certified on PTCRB website for Xperia Z1 Compact which states that Sony is all set to release it very soon.

UXT team has somehow taken out the 14.2.A.1.114 firmware ftf of Xperia Z1 Compact and is now available for download. It is for commercial and journalist version and the retail version should not be very much different from it.
