Remember we posted that a new NFC bug fixing update is coming in week 28 of July ( which was quoted by Sony Xperia Support member Johan ), week 28 of July came and went but Xperia S, SL, Acro S users didn’t get any update to fix the bugs present in Android 4.1.2 6.2.B.0.211 firmware update.

Good news for all Xperia S, SL and Acro S users the a new Exchange Active Sync Bug fixing update is coming in form on 6.2.B.1.XX firmware very soon.
Official Sony Xperia Support member “Rickard” has quoted on Official Sony Support forums that a new 6.2.B.1.XX firmware in coming soon on Xperia S, SL and Acro S. Some user has posted a query regarding the issue of Exchange Active Sync Bug in the Android 4.1.2 6.2.B.0.211 firmware update, responding to that query, above statement was made.
No estimated time of arrival is there for Xperia S,SL 6.2.B.1.XX firmware update Coming to fix Exchange Active Sync Bug but as soon it comes we will update you sure 🙂 It is need to be seen whether this new update will fix only Exchange Active Sync Bug or the other major bugs of 6.2.B.0.211 firmware also.

When Xperia S, SL will get Jelly Bean 4.2.2 and if that will be happendhappend or not?
NO 4.2.2 for XS, SL.
IT will be on 4.1.2 only…only .0001% Chances of it getting 4.3 directly from 4.1.2.
I don’t think the chances are that low. I mean, yes: Qualcomm hasn’t released the drivers for our S/SL, but I have faith in Sony. I may hate them a little for delaying this update, but they really show interest on their customers. I also hope this 6.2.B.1.xx fixes the long list of other bugs.
